New Annie Street Release!

Hi everyone!

It's really a bitch trying to keep all of this intertron crap updated but this is a big one.  some say Leland and Spirits of the Red City (Minneapolis) are releasing a split 7" through Annie Street Arts Collective and it smells of badassery.  Last spring they holed up at the Austin Waldorf School and recorded a song each band had chosen for the project as a huge orchestra complete with timpani, chimes, 2 double basses, tons of strings, grand piano, full drumset, and a dozen soaring voices.  See what I mean?  You want this record.

To top this off, we're gonna be releasing it on delicious vinyl with covers lovingly screenprinted by Dan Grissom at Sanctuary Print Shop.

If that wasn't orgasmatron enough, we are throwing a party to release the album and you are invited.  It is going to be at our favorite place in the universe, Central Presbyterian Church and some say Leland is gonna rock your ears off with our good friend, Dana Falconberry.

The release party where you can get your paws on sweet sweet vinyl is November 1st, 2011 at 7:30 at Central Presbyterian Church 200 E. 8th Street.buy the digital album here!
